The surprising synergy of heating and cooling.
Energy and water savings have always guided the research and development of Frigel cooling technologies. Now, thanks to our innovative heat pump technology it is also possible to eliminate or drastically reduce the use of fuel for process heating. The special heat pump configuration of our Multistage chiller makes it possible to recover the heat extracted from the beverage and use it to produce hot water, to be used in warmer tunnels or in other processes that require heating.

The Multistage technology allows the large temperature differentials of the Beverage processes to be “broken down” into smaller steps and the chillers to operate at a higher evaporation temperature, significantly increasing their efficiency.
