Optimized around water flow, these units are updated with new digital controls allowing for greater process monitoring, inter machine communication, and control over process parameters.
The Turbogel B4 series is the temperature controller for all molders seeking to improve and optimize the productivity of their process thanks to shorter cycle time, lower scraps, and improved part quality.
As an immediate replacement of standard TCUs commonly used in the industry, these new units have proven productivity increase of t least 20% in most existing molds running with all kinds of resins (PP, PA, ABS, PC, etc.) and up to 40% in some cases.
